What’s the difference between puff pastry and peach puff pastry?
I’m an all-purpose puff pastry.
When I first started making them, they were just plain old french fries.
You could mix and match them, just add a little water to make a few little popsicles and a dollop of whipped cream on top.
But after I got really into it, I started adding toppings.
It was the peach puff that made me fall in love with this classic, which is why I’m still obsessed with it.
Nowadays, they’re much more than fries.
They’re a delicious, light snack that’s perfect for a sweet treat, too.
I’m a huge fan of peach puff pies.
They’re just so tasty, and they’re light and airy enough to enjoy on the go.
