How to bake a chocolate puff pie recipe with the help of your chocolate puff recipe book

In a medium bowl, combine semisnowy chocolate and butter, and set aside.

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat together sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Add eggs and flour and mix until well blended.

Add cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder mixture, and mix just until combined.

Beat in the eggs and the butter until well mixed.

Add in flour mixture, stirring until well incorporated.

Add semisupply and beat just until incorporated.

Transfer dough to a parchment lined baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are lightly browned.

Let cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before removing and rolling out to a rectangle.
